“A promise must never be broken.”

Alexander Hamilton

I for once agree with one of these quotes and I believe that this is true that no promise should be broken even if it is tempting.

“Goodness is the only investment that never fails”

Henry David Thoreau

 Reflection:

I don’t know what to say anymore I guess these people still want to live in darkness… so be it. There are some who believe this stuff, I’m not saying its bad but it will hold you down. While you’re here trying to care of someone you don’t know people are leaving you behind because they know the truth and the truth is only the strong survive… so keep praying we’ll see how far it gets you.
World Record: Weightlifting

The world record:

        Snatch 187.5 kg

Who held it?

        Aleskey Petrov

When was it set?

26 July 1996 at the Olympic Games in Atlanta, United States

My favorite world record Is Pyrros’ Dimas snatch at 180.5 kg set in July 26 1996 in the Atlanta Olympic Games.

I am fascinated by this world record because I admire this man for lifting weights also, because I myself lift weights as well.

I would be honored to be able to break a weightlifting world record. That would be a goal truly worth achieving due to the fact that I lift pretty heavy for my weight.

Student Success Statement

“My basic principle is that you don’t make decisions because they are easy; you don’t make decisions because they are cheap; you don’t make them because its popular; you make them because they’re right.”

Theodore Hesburgh

 Reflection:

I don’t believe this quote is true although people always say it was the right thing to do. But what if you are in a bad situation then you have to make a bad decision but it was the right one.
